They've called it the GM genocide: Thousands of Indian farmers are allegedly committing suicide after using genetically modified crops...

When Prince Charles claimed thousands of Indian farmers were killing themselves after using genetically modified crops, he was branded a scaremonger. In fact if you read the chilling story below (link below)it is claimed to be actually worse, incredibly worse.

They claim it as the GM Genocide: Thousands of Indian farmers are committing suicide after using genetically modified crops and being financially ruined.

Magic seeds and blatant lies:

When crops had failed in the past, farmers could save some and plant them the next year.

But with GM seeds they cannot do this anymore. That's because GM seeds contain so-called "terminator technology", meaning they have been genetically modified so that the resulting crops do not produce seeds of their own. Farmers have to buy supplies of new seed every year. They have become financially ruined and are committing suicide.

This is a shocking expose of the situation that exists in India right now, read about it!

Although GM crops have may have many benefits, it is clear that just because something looks good in a lab, doesn't mean it can be applied successfully in the real world. It appears that the greed of some of these GM seed companies may just be their downfall.

I haven't heard this on the US news, doesn't mean it hasn't been aired. Looks sinister from where I am sitting.
