With so many new products on the market touting all sorts of outrageous health benefits, it can be difficult to separate what is actually good for you from what are simply clever marketing tactics. Some products claim to rapidly accelerate weight loss, and others purport a huge increase in immune system strength. While many people struggle their way through a jungle of miracle products, finding something that actually works can seem nearly impossible.
